At E-Clear 'Customer Satisfaction' is extremely important to us. So much so, that we allocate a Key Account Manager, to every merchant account.
Our Key Account Management team consists of highly skilled professionals, who not only have considerable expertise on all E-Clear's operational processes, procedures and policies, but also have extensive knowledge of the industry, as well as merchants operations.
By working closely with both the merchant and the Integration Services team, they will ensure the smooth transaction of the merchant's business, and will then remain in contact with them to discuss their ongoing business needs and any future requirements.
Through this process we hope to develop a sound understanding of all our customers needs, and in doing so, create a unique professional relationship that is dedicated to providing:
- A point of contact for each individual merchant
- Personalised support and consultation, including on-site visits
- A strategic planning and development resource
- Coordinated technical assistance throughout the integration process.
